We're building practical private AI solutions for businesses that want to use modern AI while maintaining greater control over their data, infrastructure and deployments.
We're looking for a Private AI Engineer to help us build AI applications around LLMs, RAG, enterprise data and private deployments.
You'll work across AI models, data pipelines, retrieval systems and application infrastructure — turning models into useful, reliable products.
What you'll work on
- Build LLM-powered applications for business use cases
- Design and implement RAG systems
- Work with document ingestion, embeddings and retrieval pipelines
- Connect AI models with private and enterprise data
- Develop APIs and services for AI applications
- Deploy AI systems in private or controlled environments
- Improve retrieval quality, response quality and system reliability
- Integrate LLMs with databases, internal systems and business applications
- Evaluate AI models and application performance
- Help build reusable components for private AI deployments
What we're looking for
- Strong Python development skills
- Experience building AI or LLM applications
- Understanding of LLMs and modern AI application architecture
- Experience with APIs and backend development
- Understanding of databases and data pipelines
- Familiarity with RAG concepts
- Strong engineering and debugging skills
- Ability to translate business requirements into practical technical solutions
Nice to have
Experience with one or more of the following:
- RAG systems
- Vector databases
- Embeddings and semantic search
- Open-source LLMs
- LLM serving
- LangChain, LlamaIndex or similar frameworks
- FastAPI
- PostgreSQL
- Docker and Kubernetes
- GPU-based AI deployments
- Model evaluation and prompt engineering
- Enterprise data integration
