What you'll work on

• Design and build AI-powered workflows
• Develop AI agents that can use tools and external systems
• Integrate LLMs with APIs and business applications
• Build multi-step automated workflows
• Develop services and APIs that connect AI systems to existing software
• Design reliable human-in-the-loop workflows
• Improve automation reliability and error handling
• Evaluate agent and workflow performance
• Identify business processes where AI can provide practical value
• Build reusable automation components and integrations

What we're looking for

• Strong Python or backend development experience
• Experience working with APIs
• Understanding of LLMs and AI application development
• Strong software engineering fundamentals
• Experience designing workflows or distributed processes
• Good problem-solving skills
• Ability to understand business processes and turn them into technical solutions
• Interest in building practical AI products rather than experimental demos

Nice to have

Experience with one or more of the following:

• AI agents
• Tool calling / function calling
• Workflow orchestration
• LLM APIs
• RAG
• FastAPI
• Webhooks and API integrations
• Event-driven systems
• Docker
